Olopatadine selectively blocks histamine H1 receptors and stabilizes mast cells. Thus, it prevents histamine from binding to its receptors and inhibits mast cell degranulation and histamine release.

Allet® Sterile Eye Drops is indicated for the treatment of signs and symptoms of allergic conditions (including the anterior segment of the eyes).

The recommended dosage is one drop of Allet® Sterile Eye Drops in the affected eye(s) twice daily.

Allet® Sterile Eye Drops is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to Olopatadine Hydrochloride or any other component of the preparation.

Adverse experiences reported in patients include headache, blurred vision, burning or stinging sensation, cold syndrome, dry eye, foreign body sensation, hyperemia, hypersensitivity, and keratitis.

Not for injection or oral ingestion.

There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. Olopatadine should be used during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus.

It is not known whether Olopatadine passes into breast milk. Caution should be exercised when administering Olopatadine Sterile Eye Drops to a nursing woman.

Safety and efficacy in pediatric patients below the age of three have not been established.

Interactions with other medications have not been investigated in vivo. Olopatadine Sterile Eye Drops have a low drug interaction potential, as systemic levels of Olopatadine achieved after ocular dosing are negligible.

The drug should be used within 30 days after first opening. Store at 15°-25°C.
Protect from light.The bottle should be tightly closed immediately after use.
