Syndol® Plus is indicated for the short-term (five days or less) management of acute pain.

For the short-term (five days or less) management of acute pain, the recommended dose is 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain relief, up to a maximum of 8 tablets per day.

Hypersensitivity to tramadol, acetaminophen, any other component of this product, or opioids. Acute intoxication with alcohol, hypnotics, narcotics, centrally acting analgesics, opioids, or psychotropic drugs. Patients experiencing respiratory depression.

Common side effects may include constipation, diarrhea, nausea, dry mouth, somnolence (excessive sleepiness), anorexia, insomnia, dizziness, sweating, pruritus (itching), and prostatic disorders.

Pediatric: Not recommended for patients under 18 years old.
Geriatric: Dose selection for elderly patients should be cautious.
Hepatic impairment: Not recommended for patients with impaired hepatic function.
Renal impairment: For patients with creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min, the dosing interval should be increased, not exceeding 2 tablets every 12 hours.

Pregnancy: Category C. Do not use in pregnant women prior to or during labor unless the potential benefits outweigh the risks. Safe use in pregnancy has not been established.
Lactating mothers: Syndol® Plus is not recommended for obstetrical preoperative medication or for post-delivery analgesia in nursing mothers, as its safety in infants and newborns has not been studied.

Syndol® Plus should be used with caution in patients with:
Seizures or epilepsy
History of drug or alcohol dependence
Head injury or high intracranial pressure
Kidney disease, such as kidney failure (renal failure)
Liver disease, such as cirrhosis, liver failure, or hepatitis
Any allergies, including allergies to foods, dyes, or preservatives
Respiratory depression

Syndol® Plus may interact with medications such as quinidine, fluoxetine, paroxetine, amitriptyline, ketoconazole, erythromycin, SSRIs, and MAOIs.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C in a dry place. Protect from light.
Keep medicine out of reach of children.
