On March 13, 2023, Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Ltd. organized a comprehensive training session focused on Soft Skills and Leadership Philosophy at the Green Lounge. The session was led by Dr. Mahmud Hasan, Deputy General Manager of Training, and facilitated by MH Murtaza, Executive Director of Sales & Administration.

The training aimed to foster personal and professional development by emphasizing key leadership principles such as "Seeing Success Differently," "Valuing Ideas," "Little Things Count," and "Triumph in Tragedy." Participants were encouraged to approach leadership and success from new perspectives.
