Viset® 50 mg tablet: Each film-coated tablet contains Tiemonium Methylsulphate INN 50 mg.
Viset® 2 ml injection: Each 2 ml injection contains Tiemonium Methylsulphate INN 5 mg.

This drug is an antispasmodic. It reduces muscle spasms of the intestine, biliary system, bladder, and uterus. It is recommended in the treatment of pain related to gastrointestinal, gallbladder, gynecological, and urinary tract diseases.

Viset® 50 mg tablet: The usual adult dosage is 2 to 6 tablets per day.
Viset® 2 ml injection: The usual dosage is 1 ampoule, 3 times a day by slow IV or IM injection.

This drug must not be used in the following cases: glaucoma (acute pain in the eyeball with disorders of vision), difficulty urinating (disorders of the prostate or bladder), breastfeeding, gluten intolerance.

Disorders of the prostate, serious diseases of the kidney or liver, cardiac disorders, thyroid disorders, chronic bronchitis, certain gastrointestinal diseases.

This drug can cause undesirable effects in some patients: dry mouth, thickened bronchial secretions, dry eyes, visual disturbances, cardiac disorders, constipation, urinary disorders, irritation, mental confusion in elderly subjects.

Pregnancy: The use of this drug is not recommended during pregnancy, unless otherwise indicated by your physician.
Lactation: The use of this drug is contraindicated while breastfeeding. If its use is considered necessary, breastfeeding should be stopped.

Association must be careful with the other atropinic substances: anticholinergic antidepressants imipraminic, H1 antihistamines, antiparkinsonians, disopyramide, and phenothiazines.

Viset® 50 mg tablet: Box containing 5×10 tablets in blister pack.
Viset® 2 ml injection: Box containing 2×5 ampoules in blister pack.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 ºC in a dry place. Protect from light.
Medicine: Keep out of reach of children.
